• “Safe on Line” guarantee that provides for a refund in the event of a dispute with the seller for purchases you have made online, for example if what you have purchased online does not correspond to what you ordered and the seller refuses to replace it, or has not been sent to you within 30 days of the charge and at the latest within 90 days of payment;
• Guarantee “Procurement protection” which provides for reimbursement in case of aggravated theft of the goods purchased with the card, within 30 days of purchase or delivery;
• Guarantee of snatch/aggression at ATMs which instead provides for compensation if you suffer a robbery of money withdrawn within 24 hours of the withdrawal of cash.

Other costs

• Cash withdrawal at the ATMs of banks not members of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group in the SEPA area: 2 euro;
• Cash withdrawal at the ATMs of the other banks in the EXTRA SEPA area: 5 euros;
• Cash withdrawals and non-euro payments: fee of 2% on the amount withdrawn or paid (minimum 0.50 euros) + currency conversion fee;
• Cash requests through the Cash back service: 2 euros.

To these costs must also be added those for the refills that are as follows:

• Recharge cash in the branch: 1 euro;
• At the ATMs of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group: free in cash, 1 euro with Intesa Sanpaolo Group card, 2 euro with card issued by other banks.

Limits of use

Below are the limits of the use of the card:

• Maximum amount you can reload on paper: 10,000 euros;
• Cash withdrawals: 500 euros per day (150 euros per operation, 1,500 euros per month);
• Payments: within the limit of the amount uploaded to the card;
• Online charging limit, in the branch, at automatic fast checkouts: 3,000 euros;
• Refill limit with the use of a card issued by another banks to automatic fast coffers: 500 euros;
• Monthly cash recharging limit: 5,000 euros.

Type of management

As in the case of any other Sanpaolo prepaid card you can keep under control the expenses and the remaining credit of Carta Flash Up Studio through the Intesa Sanpaolo app.

You can also activate the notification management service from the bank’s website, the Intesa Sanpaolo Mobile app and in the branch in order to be constantly informed with an SMS, for each operation with the card. The cost of the messages received is charged directly by the mobile phone operators according to their own rates.
