Almost everyone knows Agos as a company that provides loans if not from direct experience at least because of the numerous advertising campaigns both on paper and for TV.
So let’s take a closer look to the characteristics of this financial and try to understand together whether its products are really so convenient.
The Institute Today
Agos is a leading financial company in the private sector, controlled 61% by the international group Crédit Agricole through Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance, an important French consumer credit company; the remaining share belongs to Banco BPM.
The company, whose head office is located in Milan, has a widespread presence throughout the national territory. It is present in 19 regions with its more than 230 branches, distributed both in the provincial capitals and in smaller centers. There are currently more than 9 million customers in place.

Curious to find out more about the various types of Agos loan? Then it remains glued to the screen and read also in paragraphs that follow.
Non-finalized loans Agos
In the category of funding Agos not finalized include various types of credit, from small loans, to loans for debt consolidation and those aimed at young couples or families.
The main feature of Agos loans is to have extremely flexible conditions to adapt to the different types of needs expressed by large customers.
If, for example, you need urgent liquidity, you can choose the fast loan that allows you to apply for up to €30,000 and get the amount within only 48 hours of acceptance.
Then there are, always in the Agos category personal loans, those reserved for young couples and young people, who can be requested in a few clicks directly from the site providing all the necessary information.
As for how to submit the application, the positive news is that it can also be done online in a few quick steps. All you need are the identity card, the tax code and a document attesting to the income.
The maximum amount of the Agos loan is up to €30,000, so, in case your need was for a higher amount, you will have to opt for another type of product.
Finally, as for the duration of the loan, this varies from a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 48 months.
Finally, let’s take a look at the costs because these are also important to decide if Agos financing is the product for you!
These are the general costs of an Agos loan:
- Instructors: 200 €;
- Stall tax on financing: 16 € and on annual and end-of-relations report 2€ for amounts exceeding €77.47;
- Monthly expenditure of practical management: 2 €.
To these are obviously to be added the interest rates, both nominal and actual (i.e. Tan and Taeg) which vary depending on the duration of the loan and the amount of the loan.
In particular, for medium-sized loans of up to € 5,000, both items and above all Tan will tend to increase as the number of installments increases.
Agos has finalized loan
Now we come to the Agos Ducato category finalized loans.
Reading from the site, the product categories that provide for the activation of an Agos loan up to 30,000 € are really many:
- Purchase cars, campers and motorcycles;
- Mobile shopping and home renovation;
- Purchase appliances, computers, solar and photovoltaic panels;
- Expenditure for study, university, masters and various specializations;
- Coverage costs for marriage, ceremonies and ragali;
- Travel, health and beauty.
In addition, Agos has so many business partners that it often happens that they are the same dealership or the appliance store where you went to buy your new car or the new refrigerator to offer you an Agos loan.

Credit Cards Agos
Another type of Agos financing is the activation of a revolving card: it is in other words credit cards whose repayment does not take stock but through comfortable monthly installments.
The essential requirements to obtain an Agos revolving card are:
- Have residency in Italy;
- Having reached the age of majority;
- Have a documentable income (pay or pension envelope);
- Have a bank or postal account.
As regards the methods of reimbursement of Agos cards, these depend on the type of product you decide to activate.
In the case, for example, of AgosPay Plus every month you can decide with a simple communication with your smartphone whether to reimburse the expenses you have made on balance or in installments, while if your choice falls on AgosPay Zero the refund is only possible in installments but you can enjoy a differentiated interest rate depending on whether the amount of your expenditure is higher or less €. In particular, for expenses exceeding or equal to this amount, the Tan will be zero.
Both of these cards, which work exactly like a normal credit card so they can be used to shop in the store or on the internet or to withdraw money at ATMs, can be requested online through a specific section of the Agos website without the need to go to the branch.
Careful, however, the revolving cards hide several pitfalls: generally they have very high interest rates and are the first step to enter a debt spiral. Click here to learn more!
Cession of the fifth Agos
The assignment of the fifth Agos is a particular type of loan in which the installment of the repayment is withheld directly in the paycheck or on the coupon of the pension (this procedure is called a payment delegation) for a maximum amount equal to the fifth of the salary or pension.
Only public employees, both private and private with a permanent contract or pensioners, can therefore activate the sale of the fifth.
This loan, unlike the normal Agos loan, has a maximum duration for repayment which can even reach 120 months.
Technology and management
In addition to the functions that can be performed directly from the site (for example, the loan simulation and the presentation of the request for funding) Agos also has an app equipped with a simple and intuitive interface.
The app allows you to benefit from faster and safer access to your customer area, thanks to the use of your fingerprint and facial recognition (on supported Apple devices). So, in a few moments, you can follow the progress of a new request, keep your products under control and make display requests.
Reliability
Agos is a reality that has existed for more than 30 years, thus being able to boast one of the most solid and consolidated experiences in the field of financing and consumer loans.
Its strengths are above all the short response times, the effectiveness in solving problems, a particular attention to customer care that have always made it and continue to make it one of the leading company in this sector.
Agos: opinions of the web
Taking a tour on the online review sites, the judgment on Agos seems divided in half: on the one hand those who declare themselves completely enthusiastic and advise him, on the other hand those who instead express a negative judgment and therefore advise against other users.
Among the strengths highlighted, the speed of disbursement, flexibility and fair interest rates, especially in the most important loans.
Among the weak points, on the other hand, there are complaints about the possible lack of professionalism of the staff in charge of customer assistance, the discrepancy of information often between the rates set out in advertising campaigns and those actually applied on loans and the amount of interest too high in the case of smaller loans.
Agos: opinion of jadnews
Even the judgment of jadnews, like that of the network, is divided in half.
Leaving aside the revolving cards on which I have expressed myself several times warning the user about the high interest rates applied (even those of Agos are not outdone), I can say that the Agos loan has both positive aspects, for example flexibility, and negative, for example the fact that it does not allow to disburse sums of more than €30,000.
As for convenience, my opinion is aligned with that of users: for small and long-term loans the interest share is in fact quite high compared to, for example, other types of loans.
